Buying a Property

With a design inspired by the attractive, timeless elegance of Norwegian fishing villages, Conwy Marina Village is laid out in a series of interlocking cul-de-sacs based around a superb waterfront.

There are ten different homes to choose from, spread across a total of 18 apartments and 151 houses. Designs range from two, three and four bedroom cottages and town houses to two and three bedroom apartments. Houses are owned on a Freehold basis while the apartments are Leasehold with the Village Management Company being the Freeholder.

Owners of a house or apartment can rest assured that the Village will continue to retain the elegance and attractive nature of the Architect's original vision. All owners enter into a number of Covenants with the Village Management Company which ensures that the entire Village is painted every three years, the communal gardens are maintained and the impact of any external change is carefully evaluated before it is authorised. Owners regularly comment on the very modest annual maintenance charge. Owners have frequently made the observation that the Village "looks like a film set".

All properties enjoy private off-road parking while the vast majority have private garages. Many of the properties have fine views of the sea, mountains or Golf Course.

Properties are owned by a diverse range of people. Some buy to live in the Village, some buy for a holiday home, others want an investment income and some are looking for a place to retire.

Homes become available to purchase each year and generally find buyers quickly.

Most properties are advertised on Rightmove or Zoopla while there are a number of local Estate Agents who have a sound track record.
